If any of those FAQs does not solve your problem, issue a ticket to get support from experts within a short time
Go to https://osissip.osis.online/
Click on forgot password
Enter your student email (eg. 2000145787@st.uew.edu.gh), a reset link will be sent to your that email
Click on "continue" and check your email. ( reset link has been sent to "your mail". Please check this email to complete the process)
If you do not see the email in your inbox, kindly check your spam folder.
Otherwise, visit student records office for assistance
Go to the Finance Office section at the Student Center to seek clearance
Go to your Department Examinations Officer or Programme Coordinator
On the menu icons at the bottom of the page click on Login
For first years use your index number as username and temporary index number / applicant ID as password
For continuing students use your index number as both username and password, you will forced to change password after logging in
You will be redirected to a page where all previous tickets you have issued will be displayed
Students can access their students' portal by logging on to https://osissip.osis.online/
Your Username and password is the credential given to you by the university to have access to your students' portal and other services offered by the university to students.
On the menu icons at the bottom of the page click on Issue Ticket
Fill the ticket form with your student number, select a help topic from the list of help topics
Select others if none suits your problem
Describe your problem clearly, in the description box
Attach a file to your ticket, if necessary to help dissolve your problem
Click on send to submit the ticket
A response will sent after a couple of hours, login to check on the status of your ticket
Click on the Network Button at the bottom of the taskbar.
Tap on the UEW Enterprise to configure your device for use.
Your browser will redirect to a page to gain access.
Login as a guest
OR
Login using username and password.
Click on accept terms to continue
Enter your student number and applicant ID as password.
Submit to gain access to the WiFi Connectivity
Click on login at the bottom menu icons on your mobile device
Log in using the index number as username and temporal index number as password
Continuing students should use their student number as both username and password
You'll be redirected to a page showing all ticktes you have issued
Click on the "i" icon to view the response sent to your ticket

Go to the students portal, login and click on the menu icon and select Academic Results
All previous semesters results will be shown on the page

After it has been approved by the department
Go to your Department Examinations Officer or Programme Coordinator
Visit the OSIS portal or go to https://osissip.osis.online/
Login, click on the menu icon and select Course Registration from the menu
Follow the instructions
Inquire from your Department Examinations Officer or Programme Coordinator
Create a ticket and include your student number (20******), describing the problem
OR
Visit the IT SUPPORT CENTRE at the entrance of the student center building
Visit the UEW V-class portal
Click on forgotten password and follow the procedure to retrieve your credentials.
